The internship program was good and really helpful and Vasuki mam guided us well. While
starting there was just a vague idea about the field of corporate counseling, but towards the end
there was more clarity on the subject. The sessions on POSH and Diet and mental health were
really informative and shined light on various issues in the sector and how a counselor should
have more knowledge about various things to help the clients. Mock sessions helped in
grasping the role of a counselor in handling clients with various issues. The process of
counseling and the skills of a counselor were also revised during the course of the internship.
Presentations towards the end involving cases and role playing helped in identifying the different
problems that individuals face in corporate sectors and how a counselor will be guiding them
