what to expect from the program but towards the end, there was a clear understanding of the
various issues in the corporate sector. The session on POSH by Dr. Veena was very informative
and shed light on the ethical and legal policies associated with sexual harassment within the
company. The group discussions, role-plays, and mock sessions were really helpful to improve
the essential skills necessary for a counselor.
